The Giving Gown Foundation is hosting their annual Prom Dress Drive. Their goal is to dress 1,300 Houston Area girls for the prom and spread the message of the organization: to help young women attend their formal events in style, regardless of their financial circumstances.
While helping out this worthy cause and cleaning out your closet should be reward enough, you’ll also be entered to win Dry Bar gift cards!
Here’s how you can participate:
- TAKE any prom, cocktail, formal gowns and dresses to any Houston-area Tide dry cleaners
- MENTION you’re donating to “The Giving Gown Foundation”
- SNAP a picture of you making the donation/with the dress your donating
- POST your picture to your Facebook and/or Instagram and tag @givinggown #morethanadress
DONATE ACCESSORIES
To donate any formal accessories such as shoes, jewelry, wraps and evening bags, you may drop off at either of our community partners. Both partners will gladly accept your donations and ensure they’re received by The Giving Gown Foundation.
